I got exactly what I ordered, and everything was correct. No problems or surprises, which is all you’d expect when placing an order.

I reached out to support expecting a quick answer, but it literally took days for them to get back to me. And when they finally did, the response wasn’t even that helpful. Like, make it make sense, if I’m waiting that long, I’d at least hope the reply actually solves the issue.

I really wanted this to work for me, but after using it just twice my skin got red and itchy and I don’t usually react to stuff that quickly so it was frustrating, I ended up having to stop using it altogether. Maybe it works for other people, but for my sensitive skin it definitely wasn’t a good match.
